Thessaloniki International Airport is at a distance of 82,5 km. There are different options you may choose for your transportation:

1. A private taxi.
   We can make all the necessary arrangements for you and notify you about the price and details, some days before your arrival.
2. A public taxi.
   There is a taxi queue, like in most airports of the world but we cannot be sure about the fare you will be asked to pay.
3. A rental car.
   This is the most recommended way for your visit here and what most of our guests choose. Taking into account that there are so many wonderful places near here, you will certainly not regret renting a car for your vacation here - right from the airport!

Wonderful beaches, places of archaeological interest, picturesque villages... There are many nearby destinations you may want to explore once you come here.

Dishware and all kitchen utensils are provided here. With a big oven and stoves plus the BBQ in the garden, we believe you will be all covered.
Bed linen and towels are also provided here.

We have mostly family-run hotels on this side of Neos Marmaras.
Restaurants with fresh sea-food and café-bars are within a few steps distance.
Two super-markets, for your daily needs, are around 400 meters from the villa.
The busy night-life is in the other side towards the center of N. Marmaras. With night clubs, shops - open until late at night - and the famous Casino in “Porto Carras”.
Neos Marmaras is about 1 km walk but you can use the tourist train which is more fun!

As a consumer, you are protected by Greek consumer protection law for all transactions you make.
As a business we are obliged to inform the customer, within 3 days of receiving a request for a room, whether or not we accept the booking and include details on the booking (type of room, length of stay, price). A written response protects both the customer and the hotelier.
